- The following countries and regions are eligible for the signature delivery service: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan.
- As only a few logistics companies (such as FedEx and DHL) offer signature delivery service, this may require you to switch from free shipping to one of the mentioned couriers. This may result in an additional shipping charge. In such cases, we will confirm the exact amount and payment method with you via email or Inbox. If you do not wish to pay the extra cost, the signature delivery service may not be available to you. And we will refund this service in 1-3 business days.
